Terms of Service

IT Kiddie is operated by IT Kiddie LLC. By booking a session or making a purchase on itkiddie.com, you agree to these terms.

Sessions are booked and paid for through our booking page. Every confirmation email includes links to reschedule or cancel.

Cancel far enough in advance and your payment is refunded automatically. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are not refunded, because the time was held for you.

Platinum Access is a subscription billed $500 every two weeks. It includes 15 hours per month. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal or the link in any Stripe receipt. Cancelling stops future billing; payments already made are not refunded.

Diamond Intensive is a one-time payment of $6,000 for 48 live 1-on-1 hours: 4 days a week, 3 hours a day, for 4 weeks.

All Diamond Intensive sales are final. There are no refunds, full or partial, once you have enrolled — including if you stop attending or do not finish the program.

Your start date and weekly schedule are agreed after purchase. To move a session, give at least 24 hours' notice and we will find a new time within the program. Sessions missed without notice are not made up.

Practice tests and assessments are used to track your progress. They are a coaching tool, not an official certification exam.

Coaching gives you guidance, practice, and feedback. We do not guarantee that you will pass a specific exam, get a job, or reach a particular salary. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

If something is wrong with a charge, email support@itkiddie.com first — most problems are sorted out quickly that way.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that purchase.
