No. Most people I work with are coming from a completely different field — that is the whole point. We start from wherever you actually are.

Automation and website work is quoted per project, not per hour, because scope varies enormously. We use the free call to scope it, then you get a fixed quote before any work begins.

Yes. Every confirmation email has reschedule and cancel links. Cancel far enough in advance and the payment is refunded automatically; cancel at the last minute and the session is not refunded, since the time was held for you.
